CYBEX strollers: risk of finger injury due to hinge mechanism. Ruby, Onyx and Topaz models sold Aug-Nov 2009.
Disney princess items: Tiny Tink toy jewelry sets by Playmates toys violate lead regulations and The Princess and the Frog metal necklaces sold at Wal-Mart have high levels of cadmium.
Zippo candle lighters: sold at Bath & Body Works and White Barn Candle Co, these lighters can be a burn hazard due to excessive flame at max setting.
Starbucks glass water bottles: lacerations can occur when removing or inserting the stopper. Sold exclusively at locations inside Safeways and Targets. When returned, receive refund and complimentary beverage.
