Pancakes...warm, fluffy, gooey sweet pancakes. Good with blueberries or chocolate chips. Especially good when free. What about a pancake event that makes it easy to donate to a worthy children's charity?IHOP celebrates National Pancake Day on Tuesday, Feb 23, in partnership with Children's Miracle Network (one of our favorites as my husband is a Sigma Chi alum). Come in to your neighborhood IHOP between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. to receive a free short stack (3 pancakes)! No purchase is necessary but they do ask that you consider donating to your local children's hospital through CMN.

We made it to IHOP this morning. It was a mad house, but monkey and I split some pancakes with butter pecan syrup and eggs. Good luck to IHOP and CMN on reaching their goal!
