Make a veggie bouquet to impress your guests

We've all seen and probably enjoyed an edible bouquet. Usually of the cookie or fruit variety, they are nice to look at and even nicer to consume. Here's a new one - a veggie bouquet!

Great for an Easter gathering or a Mother's Day brunch, learn how to spruce up your table by following this video tutorial found at the bottom of the article.

Fun ideas:
  • display your bouquet in a tall vase to serve from your buffet table
  • instead of salad, make mini bouquets in small terra cotta pots for each place setting
  • hollow out gourds or peppers to hold veggie dips
  • add breadsticks to the bouquet for interest
  • make wine-tasting bouquets out of different colors and sizes of grapes and cheeses
  • if a bouquet is too much work, spear marinated olives or fancy cheeses on pretty toothpicks and serve alongside cocktails
